Best Mill Paper Award

The Best Mill Paper Award was a great success at the 2008 conference and will continue in the 2009 program.  The 'Best Mill Paper Award' is for the best technical paper by a mill person (or persons). The paper can be on any subject as long as the authors work in a pulp or paper mill. Judging will be by a specialist panel, and the winner will be decided on the quality of both the manuscript and the presentation. The Award will be to the value of AUD 2,000.00 and must be used for the professional development of the author(s).

The Best Mill Paper Award is presented by the Appita Sustaining Members and Suppliers Group and in 2009 will be sponsored by Albany International, Covey Consulting, Huyck.Wangner Australia Pty Ltd, and Voith Paper (ANZ).

Exhibition and Sponsorship Brochure

The exhibition will be held in Park and Skyline rooms of Melbourne Park Function Centre.  The exhibition area will be integrated into Conference activities, which will afford maximum exposure to delegates and visitors at Appita 2009.
